Online Office - Digital identification systems
The Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council Online Office supports two types of digital ID systems:
1. Municipal Citizen Card
The Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council issues the TMC or Municipal Citizen Card which enables citizens to process municipal requirements online, although it does not include a digital certificate.
2. Cards with digital certificates
These proved the possibility of digitally signing documents with the same legal validity as handwritten signatures.
